Who We Are
Jim Shea is the president and founder of JRS Strategic Marketing. Jim has 25 years of experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, across multiple industries including telecommunications, medical devices, enterprise software, and laboratory products distribution. He has built and led high-performance marketing organizations in start-up, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies.
Jim earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a BS in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
Jim’s expertise is in quickly learning a new industry, assessing a company's sustainable advantages, developing a plan for growing revenue and profitability, building a high performance marketing function, and executing and delivering results. Jim founded JRS Strategic Marketing to leverage this experience across a broad set of clients in a variety of industries.
